Flynn Metering Systems is the only factory authorized warranty and repair center for the Midwest region. We can facilitate all warranty claims to make it an easy process for you and your customers.

Repair Cost

$75 bench test fee for electronic metering pumps and controllers
$100 bench test fee for motor driven pumps
Once we receive your items we will send a repair estimate, along with the cost of a replacement, before proceeding with any repairs

Return Procedure

Please fill out and include our Return Form with your shipment so that we can contact you regarding your items.

Warranty Information

Pump product series designated as “B”, “C”, “E”, “G”, “PD” and “J5” are warranted to be free from manufacturer defect for a period of 2 years.
Pump product series “ and “AD” are warranted to be free from manufacturer defect for a period of 3 years.
Controller series designated as “DC”, “DP”, “DR” and “FS” are warranted for a period of 2 years.
Wetted parts and wear and tear items, such as seals, o-rings, Liquifram, sensors and probes are not subject to warranty.

Keep your LMI pump in good health…

Spare parts kits are available from LMI that include all of the liquid end parts that are needed for routine pump maintenance. We suggest you order a kit so that it is readily available when needed.
